What is included in the price?
Every price includes a full hearing assessment, prescription fitting with real-ear measurement, all follow-up adjustments, a 4-year warranty and 4 years of unlimited aftercare. Prices are for a pair — single aids from £798.
How does charging work?
Charge overnight in the Slim case for a full day's wear (16–24 hours depending on streaming), and carry the portable case for top-ups anywhere.
What's the difference between Slim 90, 70 and 50?
The body is identical. The 90 detects voices from every direction with SpeechSensor, the 70 gives high performance for conversations in front of you, and the 50 covers clear one-to-one in quieter settings.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes — you'll trial the Slim in your own daily life after fitting, and we'll switch levels if your first choice isn't right.
