Choose your technology level
Which Styletto IX is right for you?
Same stylish body, same charging case — the difference is how much help each level gives you in background noise. Be honest about your typical week, and the right level picks itself.
Styletto 7IX
You’re out for dinner, five conversations are happening at once, cutlery is clattering — and you can still follow the person opposite and catch the joke from the end of the table. The 7IX works hardest in the loudest places.
The tech: 90% noise reduction · microphones in every direction · tracks individual speakers in real time · 48-channel processing with echo reduction
£3,695 a pair
Styletto 5IX
Café catch-ups, family dinners, the school run — the 5IX handles the noise most weeks actually contain. It follows conversations with 3–4 people comfortably, which is where most of life happens.
The tech: 60% noise reduction · front + side-facing microphones · tracks individual speakers in real time
£3,495 a pair
Styletto 3IX
Most of your conversations are one-to-one — at home, on the phone, at appointments. The 3IX gives you crystal-clear speech in calm places without paying for noise-handling you won’t use.
The tech: 50% noise reduction · forward-facing microphone · ideal for 1–2 speakers
£3,295 a pair
Also available: Styletto 2IX (£2,995 a pair) & 1IX (£2,695 a pair). The same slim design with simpler processing — made for genuinely quiet lifestyles where conversation is one-to-one and background noise is rare.
Hearing loss in one ear only? The Styletto CROS IX picks up sound from your non-hearing side and sends it to your better ear — £1,347.50 for the CROS transmitter.
Match it to your week
Tell us what your days look like
Restaurants, parties, grandchildren’s birthdays, group classes — you’re surrounded by lively noise several times a week and don’t want to miss a word of it.
Our recommendation: Styletto 7IX
Coffee with friends, family dinners, shops and appointments — everyday noise, not nightclub noise. This is where most of our patients live.
Our recommendation: Styletto 5IX
Home, television, one visitor at a time, phone calls with family. You want effortless clarity in calm surroundings, nothing more complicated.
Our recommendation: Styletto 3IX, 2IX or 1IX
Not sure where you fit? That’s exactly what your £59 assessment is for — and you can trial before you decide. One thing worth weighing up: even quiet weeks have loud moments — family gatherings, celebrations — and those are often the ones people most want to hear well in. Your trial shows you whether a higher level earns its place in your life.

“The Styletto is the one patients smile at when they first see it — it simply doesn’t look like a hearing aid. Interestingly, the level we fit most is the 7IX — not because top-of-the-range sounds impressive, but because the moments people most want to hear well in — birthdays, family dinners, the grandchildren opening presents — are usually the noisiest ones. In a quiet room every level performs beautifully; the difference shows in the moments that matter to you. Whichever level you’re considering, you’ll trial it in your own life first — and if a simpler level covers your world, that’s exactly what we’ll tell you.”

Good to know
Can I try the Styletto IX before I buy?
Yes — after your hearing assessment we fit your Styletto and you trial it in your own daily life before making any decision.
What if I choose one technology level and it isn’t right?
That’s what the trial is for. If your lifestyle needs more (or less) noise-handling than expected, we’ll switch you to the right level.
What’s the difference between the 7IX, 5IX and 3IX?
The body, battery and charging case are identical. The difference is how much help they give you in background noise: the 7IX is built for lively group settings, the 5IX for everyday noise like family meals and cafés, and the 3IX for quiet one-to-one conversation. The 2IX and 1IX offer the same design with simpler processing for genuinely quiet lifestyles.
Do I need the top level if I’m mostly at home?
Not necessarily — in quiet rooms, every Styletto level performs beautifully. The difference only appears in busier moments like family meals and celebrations. Some patients decide those occasions are the ones they most want to hear well in and choose a higher level; others find a simpler level covers their life perfectly. Your trial answers it either way — no guesswork, no pressure.
How does charging work?
Pop them in their case overnight — one charge lasts the full day. The pocket-sized case also holds 3 extra full charges, so you can top up anywhere — ideal for weekends away.
What’s included in the price?
Your prescription fitting with real-ear measurement, all follow-up adjustments, a 4-year warranty and 4 years of unlimited aftercare. Prices are for a pair — single aids from £798.
