Please note: we do not see patients under 16 — paediatric audiology services are best placed to care for younger ears.

How much do hearing aids cost?
Single hearing aids start from £798 and pairs from £1,695. Within each model there are technology levels — typically £1,695, £2,995 and £3,395 per pair — and every price includes fitting, programming and 4 years of unlimited aftercare. All our prices are published openly on our price guide.
Which hearing aid brands do you fit?
We are fully independent, fitting Phonak, Signia, Oticon and Widex among others. Because we are not tied to any manufacturer, our recommendation is based only on your audiogram, your lifestyle and your budget.
Can I try hearing aids before I buy?
Yes. We believe the trial decides — wear your recommendation at home, at work and in the situations you find hardest before you commit. There is no obligation to buy.
What is included in the price?
Your consultation, precision fitting with real-ear measurement, programming and fine-tuning, plus 4 years of unlimited aftercare covering reviews, cleaning, adjustments and repairs.
Are there invisible hearing aids?
Yes. Custom-made devices like the Phonak Virto, Oticon Own and Signia Insio are moulded to sit inside your ear canal, and modern receiver-in-canal aids are far smaller than most people expect.
Do hearing aids need batteries?
Most hearing aids we fit are rechargeable — charge them overnight and they last a full day, including Bluetooth streaming. Traditional battery options remain available where preferred.
