What is included in the price?
Ear impressions, the custom build, prescription fitting with real-ear measurement, all adjustments, a 4-year warranty and 4 years of unlimited aftercare. Prices are for a pair — single aids from £798.
Which styles can I choose?
Five custom styles: ITE full and half shell, ITC, CIC and — on most levels — invisible-in-canal (IIC). We will advise what suits your ear canal and hearing loss.
Is it rechargeable?
The Own uses long-life disposable batteries, which is part of how it stays so small. We will show you how simple changes are at your fitting.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes — custom aids take a little longer to make, but you still trial yours in daily life before any final decision.
