A £20 consultation fee applies if no ear wax is found at a wax removal appointment. Every hearing aid price includes fitting, a 4-year warranty and 4 years of unlimited aftercare.

How much does a hearing appointment cost?
A full hearing test is £59 — and currently FREE for over-65s at our Wimbledon, Wallington and Addiscombe clinics. Ear wax removal is £60 for one ear, and both ears for £60 at the same three clinics with code 20OFF (single-ear pricing applies at Teddington). For the free over-65s test, use code FREEHT. Both offers run until 31 August 2026. Home visits are £89 for a hearing test and £139 for ear wax removal.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Often, yes — the booking system shows live availability across all four clinics, and same-day or next-day slots are frequently available.
Do you see children?
We see patients aged 16 and over. For younger patients, we recommend a paediatric audiology service.
