What is included in the price?
Everything: ear impressions, the custom build, prescription fitting with real-ear measurement, all adjustments, a 4-year warranty and 4 years of unlimited aftercare. Prices are for a pair — single aids from £798.
Is the Virto rechargeable?
No — the Virto uses long-life disposable batteries (size 10 or 312 depending on your model). Many patients prefer this for the smaller, custom shell it allows.
How is a custom hearing aid made?
We take a precise impression of your ear at your appointment; Phonak then builds your Virto around it. It typically takes a little longer than an off-the-shelf fitting — we'll walk you through timings.
Does it stream from my phone?
Bluetooth streaming is available on selected Virto models — we'll advise what's possible for your ear shape and hearing at your assessment.
