WHY WE DO THIS

Hearing changes — most people wait too long to check

Hearing typically changes gradually from our sixties onwards, so slowly that family often notice before we do. A hearing test is the quick, comfortable way to know exactly where you stand — and if everything is fine, that is wonderful news we will happily give you.

This is our full £59 appointment, free — a careful ear examination, pure-tone audiometry and unhurried time with an HCPC-registered audiologist. Nothing is trimmed down.

Results the same day

You leave understanding exactly what we found, in plain English, with an honest recommendation — even when that recommendation is “no action needed”.

No pressure, ever

A free test never comes with an obligation. If hearing aids would genuinely help, we will explain your options across Phonak, Signia, Oticon and Widex — and the decision stays yours.

HOW TO CLAIM

Three simple steps

1. Choose your clinic

Wimbledon (Mon–Fri), Wallington (Tue–Sat) or Addiscombe (Thursdays). The offer is not available at Teddington.

2. Book with code FREEHT

Book online and add FREEHT in the “Message to Clinic” field, or call 020 8150 7178 and mention it.

3. Come along

Bring nothing but your ears. The full assessment takes about an hour, and your results are explained before you leave.

Who qualifies for the free hearing test?

Anyone aged 65 or over, at our Wimbledon, Wallington and Addiscombe clinics, until 31 August 2026. Use code FREEHT when booking.

Is it really the full £59 assessment?

Yes — the identical appointment: a full ear examination, pure-tone audiometry and your results explained clearly the same day by an HCPC-registered audiologist.

Will I be pressured to buy hearing aids?

No. If your hearing is fine, we will tell you so. If hearing aids would help, we will explain your options honestly — including when a simpler level covers your needs — and the decision is entirely yours.

Can I book for a parent or relative?

Of course — many of our patients are booked in by family. Book online with code FREEHT in the "Message to Clinic" field, or call us and we will arrange everything.

What if I cannot get to a clinic?

We offer home visit hearing tests for £89 in and around our clinic towns. Please note the free over-65s offer applies to clinic appointments.
