Most of our home visits are within about 20 minutes' drive of our four clinics. A little further out? Call us — where we can travel, a £50 call-out charge covers the journey. And a home visit never comes with any obligation to buy.

Call us or book online and tell us a little about what is going on. We arrange a time that suits you, arrive with everything we need, and carry out the full appointment wherever you are most comfortable — usually your favourite chair. You get the same clear, same-day explanation of results our clinic patients do.

How much does a home visit cost?
£89 for a hearing test at home and £139 for ear wax removal, in and around our clinic towns of Wimbledon, Teddington, Wallington and Addiscombe. For visits a little further out, a £50 call-out charge applies where we can travel.
Which areas do you cover?
We regularly visit homes in and around Wimbledon, Teddington, Wallington and Addiscombe, typically within about 20 minutes' drive of our clinics. A little further out? Call us and we will see what we can arrange.
What should I prepare before you arrive?
Very little — a comfortable chair and a reasonably quiet room are all we need. We bring all our own clinical equipment with us.
Can you really test hearing properly at home?
Yes. We use portable clinical equipment to carry out a full ear examination and pure-tone audiometry at home, and we explain your results clearly before we leave.
Can you fit hearing aids during a home visit?
Yes — we offer independent consultations, fittings and ongoing aftercare at home, exactly as we do in clinic, with 4 years of unlimited aftercare included.
Do you see children at home?
No — we do not see patients under 16. Paediatric audiology services are best placed to care for younger ears.
