I am a Wallington client as from June 2024, dealing mainly with Sumit but also with Priyanka, my experience is totally positive. The hearing aid provided is a considerable improvement from my previous device and the TV unit brilliant, no … More more sub titles. It hasn’t all been plain sailing, I’ve made silly mistakes as I didn’t take aboard all the guidance. However when I contacted the Hearing Centre the matter resolved without fuss. Likewise when a technical problem with the devise occurred, the matter sorted without fuss with the manufacturer promptly.
